Hotels Near the PSTC Training Campus

We suggest the following facilities. They have all been checked by our staff for cleanliness, safety and creature comforts. Our training room is at 230 C Twin Dolphin Drive #C, Redwood City , California 94065 . Book your hotels in advance, they often sell out many weeks in advance! Check here for additional travel tips. The Marriott Towne Place Suites 650-593-4100 or www.marriott.com.

The Towne Place feels like home. It has a full kitchen, sleeping area and sitting area. Local calls are free and there is a “grab and go” morning snack included. Parking is free but there is no local or airport shuttle. As of 9-14-2007, the PSTC rates are based on length of stay. 1-4 nights is $179, 5-11 nights is $149.  They will take your reservations directly at the number above. MAKE sure you mention PSTC. The property is 8 blocks from our campus and 2 blocks from a shopping center with 6 restaurants and a market. There is also a hot tub and free high speed internet. This property gets great student reviews!

Summerfield Suites by Hyatt 650-591-8600 or www.hyatt.com

This is another wonderful “all suites” property. There are 1 and 2 bedroom suites available. A hot breakfast buffet is included. They also offer a light snack and drinks each weeknight. Summerfield honors government rate and it's our #1 choice for a GREAT 2 bedroom suite. Rooms include private bedrooms, sitting area and a full kitchen. Rates range from $96 for 1 bedroom to just $126 for a 2 bedroom. 

Residence Inn by Marriott 650-574-4700 www.marriott.com.

This facility is 5 miles from us. They offer a complimentary shuttle to PSTC, malls, and restaurants within 5 miles. You receive a complimentary continental breakfast too. The Residence is an all suite hotel featuring full kitchens, living areas and daily housekeeping. It has a swimming pool, heated spa, a weekly barbecue by the pool and a guest laundry. Free airport shuttle to SFO!

Fairfield Inn 650-631-0777 or www.marriott.com.

This is a standard hotel with some nice creature comforts. Each room has a mini refrigerator and microwave. Free high speed internet is included. Fairfield does provide a free shuttle to our campus and area shopping. If you don't have a car, this might be a good choice. The rate is also $89-$149 depending on the time of year. This facility is 1 mile from PSTC and next to a Burger King.

Hotel Sofitel 650-598-9000

This is a luxury 4 star facility that is directly opposite our campus. They offer a free airport shuttle to SFO. Their rates vary greatly but they sometimes offer a $99-139 government or weekend rate. The hotel is beautiful and has a bar, restaurant and pool. It will be more expensive than any on the list. The hotel is 100 yards from our front door.

Motel 6 650-591-1471

This is an older facility that just added a second wing that you might want to request. There is a great restaurant (Hobbee's) attached to the hotel. Call for rates.

Extended Stay America 650-654-0344

This property opened in May, 2003. Rooms include a small kitchen. Nightly rates start at $89 a night. The facility is ½ mile from PSTC. There is no daily maid service at the $89 rate. Free local calls.

All of the hotels above are rated well by AAA and Mobil Travel. They all provide free parking and as of September 14, 2007 we've had no complaints about any property. Please keep us informed about positive or negative experiences. We will remove any property that doesn't treat our staff or students with quality, safe and clean accommodations.
