Andre, Mountain View PD (11/2010) Most comprehensive, organized, well-presented class I have attended. Bree, Presidio of Monterey PD (11/2010) Intensive workshop with a lot of information and hands on work. Definitely learned good structure and types of policy needing to have higher authority. Terese, RIA 911 (11/2010) Absolutely the best workshop/training I've ever attended. The interaction with each other and working together to write our "practice" policies was the best aspect. Lisa, Santa Barbara County (11/2010) This workshop provided a good foundation on starting P&P. It also provided an excellent amount of resources. Karla, Los Gatos-Monte Sereno PD (11/2010) Dynamic instructors with a lot of knowledge and pride about the job. Networking provided great sharing of information. Anonymous (11/2010) There is so much information to think about in addition to just "writing" a manual. It's a scary task but breaking it down makes it possible. This was a great mix of information. The knowledge shared with all of us was fantastic and greatly appreciated. Angie, Sarpy County (11/2010) You absolutely, positively gotta go to this class. Well organized, complex things were presented clearly and very cool that the instructors are working dispatchers! Jim, Sacramento County Airport System (11/2010) Getting to hear Gordon Graham on the first day really set the stage and pushed the course over the top (for me personally). If a friend asked, I would highly recommend they attend, especially for the content acquisition and networking opportunities -- John, Fairfax County This class is the best class I've been to in my 10 years in law enforcement! I'm absolutely overwhelmed by all the information I'm leaving with. Do I hear the train whistle blowing? Yep but now I feel like I have the track shoes to outrun it. I'm going back to my center with an 'It's a new ball game baby' mentality. Thanks! -- Jennifer, Rocklin PD A must have class if you don't have a communications policy and procedure manual or one in need of update. The class showed by example exactly what to do to succeed.
