The information you presented was very helpful - the presentation was excellent - it brought to light some of the things that even we, as dispatchers, never knew happened or went on behind the scenes - therefore, it provided - as you stated - one more piece of the puzzle for us! I really enjoyed meeting you and the training class. Thank you for reminding me of why I do what I do. It's easy to forget sometimes due to long hours, irate callers and road units that think I am either a walking, talking encyclopedia or an absolute dunce (depending on the day..lol). You helped remind me that sometimes you just need to go back to basics and remember why you do this job. For me the reason is self satisfaction.
